At NeurOn, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we provide refunds for our products and services.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The service has not been extensively used (defined as less than 100 API calls)
  • No violations of our Terms of Service have occurred
  • The account is in good standing

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your NeurOn account
  2. Visit the billing section
  3. Click on “Request Refund”
  4. Fill out the refund request form
  5. Submit your request

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage beyond the 30-day refund window
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • API calls already made and computational resources used
  • Custom enterprise solutions and implementations

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
